Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
Exchanges:
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; AVA will cover the cost of sending out the replacement item.
Returns for Refund:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once items are inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective/Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at contact@avagrappling.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return and replacement shipping.
How to Start a Return/Exchange:
Email contact@avagrappling.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return/exchange.
We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
Once processed, you’ll receive your refund or exchange confirmation.
